Love is something we can give to ourselves and to others at any given moment, and yet we often do not connect with this love that is available to us at all times. We often feel we lack it, want it, crave it or do not give ourselves enough of it. However all the love we want and need is within ourselves always.

I now understand that no matter what happens, what events unfold around us, it is how we choose to see and respond to these situations that define us. How we respond is our choice and our choice alone. When we realize this fact, we give ourselves so much power and open our lives to love at all times because we get to choose.

I know that I have the choice to respond to any given situation or event with love at any time and that when I choose to do so I will always be on the right path.

“Whatever arises love that” by Matt Kahn has to be one of the most incredible and I can say hand on heart, life changing books I have ever read. It took me on a journey, not only of self-love, but loving whatever arises in my life. It really showed me the power of love with me at all times and highlighted that I have the choice to feel it and use it any moment.

It showed me how powerful I am as an individual and the vibrations I am capable of sending out into the world. This quote from the book below beautifully summarises to me how this book works and in such simple terms the power of love we hold in us in every moment and how we get to choose to love any situation. Not to allow external situations or internal thoughts direct our lives.

“When someone says words that may not feel good in your body, seem sarcastic in tone, and are meant to judge versus uplift you, this only offers you greater opportunities to raise the vibration of your response. By responding to anyone’s criticism with love, compassion and acceptance, you are stepping forward as a master of relationships to create your own experiences, which has nothing to do with how anyone treats you.”

Matt Kahn,

Matt Kahn poetically sends out the message of love, he shows you how simple it is to use it and something we all hold in our hearts. Throughout this beautifully written book I found myself gasping, agreeing and underlining all the simple ways he guides you to behold the magic and healing power of love and how to call it into action every single moment. Literally loving whatever arises.

Often we can allow tough times or previous bad experiences to hold us back and make us feel down but through loving those things that occurred we align ourselves with our highest frequency, we understand that everything is unfolding as it should and we see only the beauty that has emerged from those situations because we have chosen to see them that way.

One of my favourite sections of the book is about discomfort. Many of us shy away from those moments in our lives where we feel uncomfortable. And yet what happens when we love that feeling? When we start loving the feeling of discomfort we can start moving from seeing experiences as ways to push us forward and not hold us back, signs of us taking beautiful big leaps in the right direction.

This book presented me with so many ideas and knowledge that are written so practically and resonated with me so much! He is starting a love revolution that I feel we should all be part of, remember in every moment and situation we hold the choice to live with love.

Love what arisies, don’t live with regret, trust everything is unfolding as it should and keep moving forward with joy and self love. Read this beautiful book you will not regret it.
